If 117 x 117 pallet boxes are needed, additional $45.00 + GST is required per box.
If 85 x 85 boxes are needed, additional $20.00 + GST is required per box.

Client to collect from Satelight Production, Williamstown North VIC 3016.
Collection will be available between 10:30am-4:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
As fittings are fragile and can’t get wet, collection in a closed vehicle (not an open tray) is highly recommended. We also recommend that you take out freight insurance.

**NOTE: Please confirm when you are planning to pick the fittings. Orders will only be released after 1 working day notification of collection.**

If you are using a courier company, you will be responsible for booking in and organising paperwork. Please email the consignment note, labels and manifest details to your project manager at least 1 working day prior to collection.

We require the person collecting the order to sign for them. Once fittings have left our production facilities, the goods are in the care and responsibility of the consignment addressee. If any repairs, replacements and/or freight are required after this point of signing, additional charges will apply.

Lead times are set at approximately 4 - 6 weeks for production plus delivery time.

Some assembly of these fittings is required on site during installation.

If dimmable systems are required for this project, please notify Satelight immediately, as the specifications of these fittings will need to be discussed and re-quoted.
