We’re here to take the stress and anxiety out of delivering an office fit-out with premium interior design that suits your stakeholders. By using the Topaz Design Hub, our team can quickly understand your specs and requirements. Our design team will take your vision to seamlessly create a workplace where employees feel comfortable, productive and inspired.Â
What happens when I sign up to Topaz Design Hub?Â
You’ll meet with one of our designers or SMEs to discuss your space, design preferences, and functional requirements. This session is about us getting a better understanding of your vision and needs. This enables us to provide initial guidance on how to bring it to life. Following this meeting, one of our designers will prepare a furniture layout along with a moodboard, plus furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE).Â
What's included in the bespoke design proposal?Â
As part of the bespoke design proposal, you’ll get an initial consultation with one of our designers or SMEs, a floorplan layout, moodboard, and FFE.Â
How much does the Design Hub package cost?Â
The Topaz Design Hub Interior Design package costs $599 (containing over $3000 of value). This amount is then fully deducted from the final cost of your order if you choose Topaz to deliver your final furniture requirements.Â
What should I bring to the initial consultation?Â
To get the most out of the first session, please bring along any existing plans, layouts, photos, ideas, and budget. It’s also recommended to invite any other key decision-makers involved in the process.Â
Do I really need to share my budget?Â
This is up to you. However, we recommend it because it allows our designers to select furniture to suit the scope of your fit-out from the outset, rather than going back and forth to find a suitable price point.Â
Can I make changes to the proposed layout?Â
Yes. You can make up to 3 rounds of changes to the layout at no extra cost.Â
What happens after I receive my bespoke design?Â
Once you’re happy with the design, layout and FFE, and we’ve aligned on any adjustments, we’ll get one of our highly trained estimators to put together a pricing proposal for you.Â
What happens if the furniture proposal is over my budget?
We understand that budgets and briefs can change at short notice. We’re happy to discuss alternate furniture options better suited to your budget while still delivering the look and feel that your workspace needs.
I already have a designer, do I need this?Â
Absolutely! We’ll work closely with your designer to bring their vision for your workplace to life. Our team ensures every furniture piece and fitout element aligns seamlessly with the overall design intent. With expert advice, customised product solutions, and ongoing technical support, we make the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
