Client Challenges
Metricon was looking to create an office that seamlessly blended long lasting workplace comfort with a refined residential feel.
Their new Queensland head office needed a complete furniture solution that matched the calibre of the $15 million project, while supporting functionality across a variety of spaces. With a grand circular staircase at the centre and a design that encouraged collaboration across showroom and office levels, the furniture needed to work cohesively with the architecture. Comfort, durability and design unity were all key priorities.
Our solution
We supplied a curated furniture package designed to reflect the premium nature of the space while enhancing day to day functionality.
To complement the bronzed partitions and rich timber finishes throughout, we installed a bespoke selection of European chairs, stools and both small and large meeting tables. Custom coffee tables, including the Eddie in natural timber, added a warm and personal touch. Over 20 Flip tables were placed in the training rooms to support flexibility, while bespoke American oak tables in a soft white stain defined the casual meeting zones within the open office layout. The result is a workplace that feels both welcoming and elevated, supporting staff in a beautifully designed environment.
