Client Challenges
Ventura Bus required a cohesive furniture solution for their Dandenong office that would support a variety of workstyles across the business.
The space needed to accommodate executive offices, a boardroom, meeting rooms, and open plan work areas, each with distinct functional requirements.
A key priority was creating a comfortable and productive environment for staff, while ensuring the furniture aligned with Ventura’s operational needs and long-term vision.

Topaz furniture delivered a considered, end-to-end furniture solution that aligns with the client’s vision for a functional, cohesive, and future-ready workplace.
Each area was carefully curated to balance performance, comfort, and visual consistency across the entire fitout. The open plan workspace features Saturn II workstations with integrated Hush panels, providing a balance of collaboration and focused privacy. These are complemented by Ergo Mobile storage and V Curve task chairs, ensuring flexibility and ergonomic support throughout the day.
In key spaces, we elevated both comfort and presence. The boardroom is appointed with refined Vero boardroom chairs to create a professional and welcoming setting, while executive offices incorporate Endeavour sit-stand desks, promoting wellbeing through movement and adaptability. Meeting rooms were designed with versatility in mind, utilising Trixx tables in both round and rectangular configurations to support a range of team interactions, from informal discussions to structured presentations.
The outcome is a cohesive, highly functional environment that not only supports productivity but enhances the overall workplace experience, reflecting both the client’s operational needs and design intent.
