Menzies Group, one of the largest privately owned providers of cleaning and property services in Australia,
needed a furniture solution for their new office fitout in Mulgrave Victoria. With a workforce of over 4000 employees, it was important that their Mulgrave office created a functional and welcoming environment to support their local team. They required a workspace layout that balanced open plan working with areas for individual focus and team collaboration.
Our solution
We delivered a furniture fitout that supports how the Menzies Mulgrave team works day to day.
Workstations with privacy screens allow for individual focus while keeping the floor plan feeling open and connected. Tambour storage units with planter tops add both functionality and greenery to the space. Breakout zones were finished with café style seating to encourage informal collaboration and provide a comfortable spot for team downtime. The result is a well-balanced, professional environment that helps the team stay productive and connected.
