Client Challenges
Spotless needed a modern and flexible office space that would support the evolving nature of their business and employees’ workstyles.
With an open plan layout designed to foster collaboration, the space required furniture that could adapt to a variety of working environments. The key challenge was to provide versatile furniture that allowed for different ways of working, whether at a desk, on a couch or standing up. The space also needed to be easily reconfigured to accommodate changing business needs, such as adding meeting rooms or creating more private work areas. Additionally, the design needed to promote collaboration while ensuring the comfort and productivity of the employees.
Our solution
We delivered a flexible and functional furniture fitout designed to meet Spotless' vision of a dynamic workspace.
The furniture we selected allowed for maximum adaptability, with pieces that could be easily rearranged to suit different work activities and team needs. Modular desks, comfortable lounge seating and standing desks provided employees with the freedom to choose how they work, boosting productivity and creativity. To encourage collaboration, we incorporated open communal areas and flexible meeting spaces that could be quickly reconfigured to meet the demands of the business.
